Nuance Communication Launches Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) for Telehealth Solutions

Nuance Communications, a pioneer in conversational AI innovations, has announced on Monday that it has successfully launched the Nuance Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) solution designed for Telehealth platforms. According to the PR News Wire News Agency, the company’s new DAX system works in tandem with the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

With the help of the Nuance Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX), patients can be trained and onboard remotely and it automatically creates clinical notes required for their telehealth visits. As the patients around the world are told to interact with the medical practitioners remotely, the significance of Telehealth services emerged ever than before.

A prominent research firm, Forrester Research, predicts that the patients use the telehealth services in the USA could exceed from 1 Billion in 2020 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
